The first thing I’d like to introduce is my portfolio site YOU1TECH, which I created myself. This site showcases my work and projects and can be accessed from the link below.
Why I Created a Portfolio Site
One of the reasons I’ve accumulated around 20 years of experience in this industry is to let people know what I’m working on and what I’m planning to challenge in the future. Unlike designers, engineers often find it difficult to visually showcase their work. I wanted to change that. It’s easy to say “I was in charge of system design for Company X,” but only people in the industry or those connected to the company would understand what that means. Through this portfolio site, I hope more people can learn about my work.
Expanding the “WORKS” Section
My portfolio site introduces personal projects and work-related activities. I plan to update it regularly and add new content. In the future, I’d like to offer some new services or products through the site.
Customizing the Portfolio Site
The design of this site was commissioned from a designer I know. It is currently built with WordPress, but I plan to rebuild it using React.js or Next.js to make it more engaging. I’ll share updates as the development progresses.
